‪Rachel Tavernor is a co-editor of RE.FRAMING ACTIVISM and a doctoral student in Media and Cultural Studies in the School of Media, Film and Music at the University of Sussex. Her current research, From Spectatorship to Solidarity, focuses on the visual representation of protest movements in the British media. She has recently collaborated with activists to produce a short documentary, Stitched Stories. Before her studies Rachel worked with International Development Organisations and has photographed and filmed projects in the UK and overseas for online and printed publication.‬
