In 2011 the conference was hosted by the University of Brighton\u2019s LGBT and Queer Life Research Hub in a unique collaboration to celebrate its 18th birthday in Brighton! Since then the conference has alternated between Brighton and Dublin<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"UCD Lesbian Lives\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ucd.ie\/socialjustice\/newsandevents\/lesbianlivesoverview\/\" target=\"_blank\">Read about it&#8217;s history here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In 2013 as part of the SusNet project we recorded parts of the conference: <a href=\"http:\/\/arts.brighton.ac.uk\/projects\/lgbt\/events\/events\/lesbian-lives-conference-2012\" target=\"_blank\">The Modern Lesbian <\/a>and talks from this event can be found under <a title=\"Conversations\" href=\"http:\/\/reframe.sussex.ac.uk\/susnet\/category\/conversations\/\" target=\"_blank\">Conversations\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Lesbian Lives Conference is the annual conference of lesbian studies.
