The website and the network are\u00a0a focus for research in psychoanalysis across the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chase.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Consortium for Humanities and the Arts South-East England\u00a0<\/a>(CHASE).\u00a0<!--more--><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chase.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">CHASE<\/a>\u00a0brings together nine leading institutions engaged in collaborative research activities in the arts and humanities, including an\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ahrc.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">AHRC<\/a>\u00a0doctoral training partnership. These are the Universities of \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uea.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">East Anglia<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.essex.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Essex<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kent<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sussex.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sussex<\/a>, the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Open University<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.courtauld.ac.uk\/institute\/index.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">The Courtauld Institute of Art<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gold.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Goldsmiths, University of London<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbk.ac.uk\/front-page\" target=\"_blank\">Birkbeck, University of London<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.soas.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">SOAS, University of London<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">It is central to the CHASE ethos that serious disciplinary research is interdisciplinary, and should also\u00a0encourage\u00a0emerging fields of study and creative practice.<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0CHASE includes a large number of faculty and doctoral researchers and practitioners engaged in psychoanalysis across a range of disciplines and inter-disciplines.
