We have linked to this photo essay in the new section for anyone who might be interested in viewing it.<\/p>\n<p>FESTIVAL REPORTS: We also have a new festival report from Flora Lichaa, an original member of the network, on the Shadows Festival. This is a specialist film festival dedicated to independent Chinese cinema that takes place in Paris in November.
